Just found this:

http://www.mi6-hq.com/news/index.php...8&t=mi6&s=news

Probably get more info in next few days but I'm pretty sure specific dates etc will be announced later this year.

They'll go one of two ways with this:

Either release them maybe 2 or 3 a month leading up to Skyfall or...

Release them all very near to the release.

With the 50th Anniversary being later this year I can't see them missing the opportunity to use that as a selling point.

I can't bloody wait!!!!!!

EDIT: There are 2 Bond panels at the CES.
One is at 7.45 GMT and the other 9.00 GMT.
Blu-ray announcement expected at one of them.

I wonder if that means yet another release for the DVDs.

(Since DVDs and Blu Rays are usually given simultanious releases / re-releases)

Maybe in an attache case again?

It's a 22 film boxset. There's a picture in another forum but it won't let me link.
It's a lovely black and gold box with each actor as Bond on the cover in front of BOND 50!

Have all the 2 disc ultimate editions of the Bond movies and blurays of CR & QOS.

Can't in all good conscience go out and replace them all, particularly as I'd have to get dross like TMWTGG, DAD, AVTAK, DAF and TWINE.

Will have to see prices of course and the added value in terms of features etc. Probably succumb at some point...

It's on Amazon at £89.99 for pre-order.

I sold my original Region 1 dvd's last year in preparation for this.

This needs to include all the extras previously released and the deluxe edition of Casino Royale. I was going to buy the ones released already. I thought they had all been released, but I read somewhere on another forum they hadn't. I want to pre-order this and it does only work out at just over £4 per film, so it is a bargain, but I do feel the price will drop to about £60 and I don't want to pay more than I have to

only recently bought a blu ray player so only have deluxe casino royale so far.

£90 is a good deal, even more so if it's an exclusive boxset for at least a while and they hold off the individual releases. That way I can get the boxset and flog the ones I can't stand (like goldeneye and tomorrow never dies as they will only be available as part of the boxset)

I suspect the casino royale version in the boxset will be the standard version so I can sell that as well. I could end up making a profit

Good price IMO when you look at the recent Star Wars and Lord of the Rings releases.

I can't understand why anyone would want an incomplete collection of films, even if you're not keen on a few of them.

Anyway, i think they've had to price it realistically so that it captures a real market of everyone from casual Bond fans to hardcore Bond collectors. I'm surprised they didn't push it too £100 but it's that old trick of pricing it a little bit less than you would like to price - then more will pay for it and in the end that extra tenner is balanced out by the amount who buy it.

It's only incomplete because Skyfall isn't out yet. Wait a couple of years and there will be another set. It'll be complete until they make another film.
If you can get them to stop making Bond films then you'll have a complete set.

My original message was worded wrong - I meant to say i can't understand why someone wouldn't want an incomplete set when there no likelihood of a complete set happening for a long time.

I have pre-ordered mine already

Amazing to think all the Bond films will be released on Blu-ray. Skyfall will be out on Blu-ray next year and the 3D sniff and scratch version the year after.

Why comment on this thread and then create a new thread on the exact same subject?

Craig's legs have been stretched to make him the same height as the other Bond actors on the box cover.

Speculation about packaging, single releases, cuts and edits is pointless.

The only information at present is the films included, 130 hours of bonus material and the packaging.

I doubt we'll know anything else till very near October when reviewers get their hands on it.
