Asus Prime - how's it being used?

With it coming with the keyboard dock I'm quite curious how users are making use of it.

Undocked or docked?

Well with the original transformer the dock has extra battery, USB connectivity and full sized SD card along with the keyboard. The general feeling in my office where there are 5 transformer owners is that the main benefit is USB (though a lot of tablets have those on board) and the extra battery plus it makes for a good cover to protect the screen.

I had a Transformer Tf101 (original) and took it back. Light bleed, creaking. It was just awful.

Swapped it for a Galaxy 10.1. PC World tried to fob me off with an unsealed one and said that Samsung emailed them saying 16gb models were in wrong boxes and every electrical store was like that. Out of curiosity tried Argos and got a sealed one from there. This then had to be replaced again because of Dust under screen. This one seems to be fine now (touch wood).

The reason I was asking that despite my ODYS tablet being good I'm hardly using it compared to my 12" laptop.

Its the need for two hands that makes it seem bizarre. My guess was that transformer users are mainly docked.

well yes and no, on the move you don't have to be docked and the owners round me use it as a normal tablet. Went it comes to watching media then dock it as the keyboard is also a nice stand.

One thing I would say is the keyboard does not get much, andriod is not really designed for it and most people don't use tablets for content creation.

What are you using it for that requires you to free up one of your hands?

Um, actually I don't want to know.
