beliebers are questioning above trend's originality saying they also just trended about jb's new haircut yesterday. of course they are outside the 1D fanbase so they don't exactly know the whole story nor the sentiment behind this particular show of support...

i remember when directioners trended zayn malik is perfect late last year, beleibers responded with justin is more perfect.
liam, ever quick to his bf's defence, twitted (to this effect- i forgot exact words): 'perfect is the highest, how can you say more perfect? it's like saying i'm betterer.' and before you can say perfect again, liam is betterer also trended...

Loving the One Thing video. I've watched it about 100 times since Friday! The boys doing Neil's dance from the inbetweeners makes me giggle! and London is looking lush too.

I am not too sure BUT if I was following him I wouldn't unfollow over a haircut! I can't get round the mind of these sort of fans! I ddn't lke Liam's when he first had it cut too but now I have got used to it!

As long as none of them do a Jessie J and have it all shaved off for comic relief! Although a good cause is still a shave too far

I like it, but it's a ballad and I'm not sure it's right for the summer. They need an uptempo song.
The Wanted got"Glad you came" right at the perfect time.
"Stole my heart" is a stand out song on the album and would work well as a single in my opinion.

Love Stole My Heart too. Either that or I Want if there is another single. Saw some pictures of three of the boys getting very merry last night. Liam looks extremely happy but I do hope he is taking care of himself as he only has one kidney.

IMO, the next single should be "Up All Night". It's a catchy, uptempo, fun song. They can do a cheap video while on tour in the US ... maybe use some footage from the concerts, backstage and films some additional scenes.

If not that one, "Tell Me a Lie" would be a good candidate. Also uptempo and has some character.

I guess I prefer the uptempo songs. "Gotta Be You" didn't do well, I would rather not risk it again. Ballads should be kept as album tracks (unless the song is really amazing).

But if they plan to release another album this year, they might not release more singles ... I don't know. I would release at least one more in the UK and I wouldn't bother releasing "Gotta Be You" in the US and around the world.

Almost 4 million views that's like a million a day! Uncle Simon must be very pleased. Just hope those views translate to some record sales

2 very safe songs though and very similar to wmyb and One thing imo. Never really got into Tell me a Lie, probably one of my least favourite on the album. Funny enough Gotta be You is one of my favourite, still can't understand why it didn't do better than it did. Oh well, I'm sure "One Thing" will do a lot better. Now over 4million views and already awarded a medal.

Up All Night would be a bad single choice imo. I agree about Stole My Heart/I Want/Tell Me A Lie.
Tell Me A Lie would be a good choice for the US I think.
