Do they still have strong fan base in the UK then? Last I heard of them was about 10 years ago, with mmmbop. Seems a presumptous and risky venture to embark on a UK tour when they've hardly troubled the charts here for best part of a decade. Their songs were quite catchy as I recall, but they're not exactly U2, REM or the Stones are they and can afford to take a few years off and then comfortably come back. Ten years is a very long time in pop and we've seen the rise of the boy-bands in that time. If they have been going strong all this time then good for them. Has anyone bought anything new of theirs in the last few years?

They played at the Islington Academy last October, and that was sold out. The album was originally supposed to come out in March this year but it didnt.
They released "MMMBop" in 1997. Their last UK single was "If Only" and that was in 2000. They have their own record label too, 3CG Records. "Underneath" was released in the US in April, it got to #25 on Billboard Top 200 and #1 on Billboard Top Independent Albums. |
