Faulty TV, What are my rights?
My TV has decided to break today and it isnt even a year old.(Bought the end of Jan 2011)
Have looked online at possible solutions to fix it but it seems like its dead. I have my receipt and am planning on going into Currys tomorrow to sort it out i am just wondering if i am entitled to a straight refund/exchange or will they only offer a repair? Being in the year i imagine i have the right to an exchange first dont i? Thanks |

Think they will offer a repair rather than an exchange/refund - think it's just the first 6 months that they have to replace...I expect someone will be along soon to put me right! LOL
