Query re my tv
Hi
I have bought a Panasonic TX-P42ST31B tv. I just have sky and not a normal aerial at home so does anyone know if there is a way I can get the tv to connect straight to hdmi1 when switching on the tv as it always connects to tv first which I can't pick up without an aerial and i have to go into a mconnects elect to connect to hdmi1? Many thanks Lynn Burbery |

I thought Panasonic TV's had the option of auto-selecting HDMI1?, it can be enabled/disabled on one of the menus - it's only on HDMI1 though.

Surprising in this day and age it does not switch on to the same input it was on when last switched off. Or are you switching it off at at the mains and not just putting it into standby?
Another option is to get a universal remote which supports activies so that one button press called Watch Sky will do all the turning on and source switching needed. |

I dont really want to have to buy another remote as this is all I need to be able to do which I would have thought would have been simple - obviously not!! lol

Try the manuals and/or the manufacturers' Customer Support lines.
