Shazza vs Simon
ZipGypsy

Sharon is complaining that Simon's guys are getting more coverage than her kids. Ozzy wants to break Simon's nose (silly sod) etc.

In all Shazza and Ozzy think that Simon has the whole thing rigged to that he will win.

Here's the article links.

I don't feel that Sahron's kids got less airplay...I think some got more than others...especially Andy, who didn't get chosen.

Now...who chooses the footage? Compare time spent on Andy (massive following, huge sympathy) with Lloyd (great singer).

Is this a ploy to raise sympathy with Andy and take credit away from Sharon's other three? Hardly anyone talks of Lloyd now in comparison - there is no great travesty outcry in the same way.

Or is the whole thing a gimmick for Sharon? Is Sharon casting doubt over Simon to bring sympathy and attention to her three?

Dunno myself...

I wish they would just let the singers get on with it. The live shows will sort out the wheat from the chaff.

On the 'run up' shows, I thought that Simon's group tended to get more coverage than Sharon's group as a whole, but does it really matter? The 'live' voting shows are the ones that really count. Really, I think they should stop the 'in-house war' - it's about the acts and not the judges - and Simon is in a 'win-win' situation anyway, whoever wins. But Sharon should relax more, as I think that Simon has made mistakes with his choices and Sharon has stronger contestants than him. After the 1st show, I am expecting Simon to be down to 2 acts!

I particularly enjoyed this comment from Ozzy in today's Mirror

Former Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy raged on: "I'll lend him my quad bike - maybe that would help him improve his ratings."

Remember Simon accused Ozzie of staging the quad bike accident last December to get publicity for his single with Kelly.

Oh it's all so contrived! C'mon people! Sharon and Simon aren't REALLY having arguments ...

It's exactly the same scenario as they did with American Idol with Paula Abdul.

They supposedly hated each other first series. But for series 2 - the story develops and Paula sees the light and falls for him.

Awww I don't like it...I wish they'd make up! Sharon was getting soooo wound up with Simon! It's nicer if they're all pals!

I really hated all that fighting tonight. I with Sals here. They want to grow up. It's just so boring and takes the focus away from the performances on stage to those at the front of the stage.

They were all disgraceful. Simon was the only one, however, who kept it 'unemotional'. Louis (can't stand that man anyway) was a rat and Sharon (love her) could have been much cooler.
