Make and model of telly would be handy. Bit difficult to tell you what to do if no-one knows what you've got

So doing another retune from scratch would be the obvious first step. If you have never retuned (which I would be amazed if you haven't) then the option to do so is more than likely in the same area of the menu system as Add New Channels. They tend to group similar functions together which helps. ![]() And don't expect to see 5* +1 I don't think that is on Freeview. My telly is normally pretty hot at sneaking in new channels without me doing anything. It hasn't found that one (did find 5 +1 though) and it's not listed on the Freeview website. |

Also depends where you are in the country, as with digital switchover, solutions vary depending on whether you are pre, post or interim digital.
I would go to here, http://www.digitaluk.co.uk/postcodechecker/ fill in the details and tick I am in the trade to find out the frequencies for your area. Then use the manual tune option on your tv to only tune to those frequencies. Assumes you do have the option to manually tune the tv. |

there is probably a handset sequence of somethin like
menu - setup - installation - retune or similar, to get you to the correct area |
