I've recently started using Kindle, but I don't have an eReader I just read the books on my iPhone. This means I have to buy the ebooks by using the Amazon website (I'm assuming an actual Kindle device has a specialised book purchasing section).
Anyway, does anybody know of any websites etc that allow you to browse books by subject. Let me explain, I like reading History books, but when you go onto Amazon the categorisation of history books means you can't restrict it to a particular period e.g. World War 2 or War of the Roses etc.
I was wondering whether there are any book websites that allow you to browse and set much tighter and narrower search parameters (in the same way that a physical bookshop is layed out).
I realise I'd need to go to Amazon site to buy the eBook, but I'm getting quite frustrated at Amazon's limited search function when you don't really know what book or author you want to buy but rather want to see anything that catches your eye.
Does that make sense?
