iPhone Backup - What Content Does It Save?
Anyone know what files and content does the iPhone backup function on iTunes save?

Settings, preferences and files associated to games and apps.
If I look at my iCloud backup it shows me the breakdown. It doesn't backup OS files, apps, music, pictures (with exception of camera roll) and videos as they are in iTunes. |

Everything except music, videos, pictures and apps (although all data, settings and documents associated with apps is backed up).
