I seen this Philips Android Docking station in Agros and was wondering if it would work ok with the HTC Desire S and if it would be any good.

Yes, it will work with desire S. It is supposed to work with any android phone due to it playing via bluetooth using the philips fidelio app. The 'docking' bit only charges the phone and holds it.

I note one person got it to work using the phone's bluetooth with no app.

Arrived this evening and after a min or so setting up I seem to be happy with it and so far the sound from it is great.
