Update: Just recieved another email, this time saying:
Dear Mr <name removed> Your complaint regarding the above premises has been passed to me as we are the enforcing authority for this premises. I should be grateful if you could contact me on the number below in order to clarify some points. The best time to catch me is before 10.30 in the morning and after 3.30 in the afternoon. <name removed> Environmental Health Officer North Lincolnshire Council Neighbourhood and Environmental Services Food and Safety Team |

Updating this thread to say that the outside of the building that houses the terrible Poundstretcher store as originally mentioned in this thread looks much better! I haven't been inside the building for a while, so I am not quite sure if they have improved on the inside!

Just Google Earthed our one in York and it looks OK. Right on one of the tourist trap roads, so it must do well. Takes the yank tourists about a day to find it, then they live in there. Or from what I've seen.
We often have a very civilized picnic, buying all the comestibles in Poundland then going just behind it to the graveyard at Goodramgate. There is probably a sliding scale of Poundlands. We don't have a Primark as the city refused them permission to drive their massive lorries up Coney St. Some advantages to being a tourist trap.
