Evening all, I can't either, could when I was younger, but nearly drowned one time, and lost all my confidence, i'm a bit afraid of the water now, and won't go out of my depth

I've taken a few lessons a few years ago, but never kept them up, I get in the pool but can't put my head under the water

I'd love to be able to, maybe some day
