I haven't used either of those particular shades but I find XXL to be the best dye for my hair (and I've tried them ALL
). The colours seem to really take on my hair and they don't fade for ages. It's been so long since I've seen my natural hair colour but I'm pretty sure it's medium brown! |

Live XXL colours can be rather harsh - they are designed to pack a punch and I have used the cyber purple, it does come out very dark with a little hint of purple. I would go with Feria which I have also used, it gives a lovely even colour on my hair and won't be too obvious. If you are looking to go into stripping the hair maybe a trip to the hairdressers as it can go oh so wrong.
Have just remembered - I think Live do a special shade for dark hair that strips down the colour and turns it purple red in one go. I will look online and see if i can locate it now. Edit again! Try this http://www.livecolor.com/products/luminance/ |

Depends on the fading power you want. Feira fades fast but its brilliant, live xxl lasts longer but does fade to a more subtle colour.
