There is more than one definition of vacuous - vague being one of them. If some choose the meaning of thick that is their choice.
As for the breathless persona - it was not a synonym for giggly. Jorgie appears to project this image whatever her mood might be.

You appear to know her personally and you're adamant that the 'breathless, ditzy blonde' is her true character. Yet when I suggested this I was immediately jumped on by those of her supporters who maintain it is a sign of her acting ability.
I then respond with the comment that this is a deceptive game to play only to be met with assertions that this is the 'real' Jorgie.
The wheels on the bus go round.
If those who know her find her to be a 'lovely person' I'm sure this is so. I've never implied otherwise.
