I wish.

Thing is, I think she did better than a lot of people think.

Who do you think came first? In fact, what order do you think they came in?

1) G4
2) Steve
3) Two to Go
4) Verity
5) Tabby
6) Rowetta
7) Cassie
8) Roberta
9) Voices With Big Bellies

I am tending to regard this as a joke

If you are then the jokes on you.

Let's face it, no one would have predicted Roberta and Voices With Big Bellies getting in the last two this week. Well, maybe not Roberta.

This is 50 percent a sympathy contest and 50 percent a talent show.

It should of been
1,
2,
3,
4,
5,
6,
7,
8,Tabby
9,Tabby just to be sure
Was this like the American elections were all tabby's relatives counting the votes?

Tabby was bad but he's going to get all the New Metalist votes from teenagers still too young to drink in the park on a Saturday night.

Hey I like new metal and that's no where near new metal, I've said it in another thread but he looked camper than paul o'grady up there.

So did I (you'll just have to believe me, but my wife can vouch for it!)

I think the votes were

1. Rowetta
2. G4
3. Tabby
4. 2 to Go
5. Cassie
6. Steve
7. Verity
8. VWS
9. Roberta

So did I, and the bookies all week.

I reckon the order they were called out in is the order they were voted for - I think it was:

1. Tabby
2. Cassie
3. 2 to go
4. G4
5. Steve
6. Rowetta
7. Verity
8. Roberta
9. Voices with Soul

Verity has been near the bottom of the pile with the bookies all week, Rowetta is not as popular as some seem to think, she is too loud. Tabby coming first is understandable, look how well Peter and Ainslie did on FA, it was weeks before the voting public got fed up with them.

I doubt very much that the order they were read out is the order they came in. They've never done that in other reality shows because they know there's so much betting on these things.

They can also manipulate emotions more by reading them out in the wrong order.

Also, predicting one person to come in the bottom two is dead easy. To predict both is very difficult.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

The order they sang in last night was completely predictable as the judges favourites. They knew VWS and Verity were favourites to go, so where did they place them on the Bill, right at the beginning where it is known the acts are at a disadvantage. Remember Simon Cowell is calling the shots and he is arrogant enough to believe he can do what he likes, betting or no betting.

I think that the interchangeable bottom 4 that Kate Thornton was talking about would have possibly been Roberta, VWS, Verity, and 2 to Go. I think the other 5 actually have strong fan bases that will vote regardless of performance on the night.

Personally I thought VWS were very good, but like others, they aren't really my scene so would probably never get my vote.

I did, I also saw them ignore Roberta when the judges had made their decision.

I was very surprised to see Voices With Soul in the bottom two last night. Their musical performance did not warrant that. However, their ungracious attitude in the second show did them no favours, especially when contrasted with Roberta's dignity. As a result, they will have alienated a lot of people and now, I fear, stand a good chance of being in the bottom two next week regardless of how well they sing.

Yes,I saw it too...sheesh they've(VWS) been in the show all of 5 minutes and after a restyle they've turned into spiteful, grasping, divas.
I'll explain myself...grasping (as in)anyone who lacks the manners or decency to shake a hand/give a hug to a fellow contestant needs their backsides KICKING big-time!!!!
All that flailing on the floor stuff, even Thorton told her sternly "get up"..this mob already believe the Walsh and company platitudes....the chumps..the public don't like ingratitude, you see if I'm not right.

I rewatched that part of the show and both Roberta and one of Voices with soul leaned over ending up on one foot to kiss each other , then the girl from Voices with soul raised her hand to apparently brush Roberta's face or hair , or probably because she was off balance , it wasn't a push , but so the stereotyping begins , as for their ungracious attitude last night , well to me they sang their hearts out and were passed over by lesser performers , personally if it was me then i'd be well pissed but they chose to say nothing .I personally don't see the ungraciousness .I heard all of these accusations with Javine , Fantasia , Grace ..... I could go on .

I didnt like their Attitude at all. They ignored Roberta completely and all this falling about on the floor is getting very tired very quickly. Definitely didnt deserve to be in bottom two but they did themselves no favours at all.

One of them kissed Roberta the other two were standing too far away to even touch her , exactly what attitude have they shown other than being very releived or looking dissapointed ?

I think throwing yourself on the floor very theatrically qualifies as 'attitude'...since the makeover they seem to be showing little grace and even less manners...like matey from Peters and Lee with his "Shut Up" comment...another charmer.

Wow you're harsh! , Imagine if they'd performed as averagely as Verity ,yet celebrated making the final 8 over two obviously superior performers by almost punching the air in delight , what would be the accusation against them be then ? , Why does Verity not get accused of having a bad attitude ?
