Facebook app - Android (and possibly others!)

Morning all,

Something that has been happening to the Facebook app on my HTC DHD is really beginning to pee me off. I'm not sure if it is phone specific, OS specific or the stupid app was designed that way!

I used to be able to click the Like/Comments button below a picture and it would take me to all the comments. Now when I click it I can only view the image. I then have to tap the screen with the image loaded, then hit the bottom right corner to go to the comments section.

What is going on?!? If there is a discussion happening after a picture has been posted, why would you ever want to repeatedly view the picture before seeing/posting comments?

Am I the only one having this issue? I don't remember updating the app recently (but it may have auto updated once connected to WiFi without me intervening)

it's the same for the iPhone app version. Changed a few months ago I think.

I dont use the offical facebook app on Android its crap. I use friendcaster is much better.
