most problems like that normally happen with motor so I just assumed but I can't see why they wouldn't give the money back on a commercial insurance, I'm not surprised they would charge a fee but if the business is no longer trading or whatever I can't understand that. They don't always like you cancelling to place the business mid term elsewhere but if it's unavoidable that's a different matter. Ceeeeeeb how long till your insurance was due for renewal again? As I said if they have quoted you something over the phone they have to stick to it so nag them for a while!”
