How are the wedding plans coming along? We've both got boys getting married this year! My son's wedding is at the end of June, so it's all systems go at the moment. They are trying to pare the guest list down a bit, but the bride has a lot of family so the numbers are over 130 just now It's a good job there's not many on our side!

JOSIE FINALLY PUTS HER EX BEHIND HER.

I finally got back from Bali last night and my Lukey met me with a big snog at the airport. He'd made me a fat free birthday cake after I was bitching about not losing weight on my holibobs, bless him.I did train and do yoga while I was away but cocktails kept finding there way into my hands, and Im a sucker for the food out there-its healthy but my portion sizes was'nt.

I'm already planning a return trip with Mr Sanwo - poor bugger has been working his knackers off and deserves a break. It was good to get some perspective on things too. When I got there I could not switch off, but then I started reading,I have'nt read a book since I was at school,but I got through six and relaxed like I have'nt done for yonks.

I had time to think about all the shit that went down with my ex John James before christmas, and I came to the conclusion I was worrying about nothing. I cant believe I lost so much sleep over something so ridiculous.

Getting some perspective on my life have made me see things clearly for the first time in bloody ages. Before I went away I was worrying about work, but I've realised that as long as I try hard and do the best I can, thats all that matters.

This celeb stuff wont last for ever, but I've got good friends, good health and a good man with a recipe for a fat - free cake. What more could a mucker want.
