The web site is back up and running today and my Sky Go is working but yes I think you're correct Fetch TV is in trouble! Apparently they only have 200 users of Sky Go which on its own doesn't mean much but it doesn't bode well. Also, if you look at their web site you'll see they have no stock. It won't be long now.

well no surprise to me really, the service from launch has never offered a great range of choice and the piss poor offering for christmas was the final nail in the coffin. Although they say they are planning to sell the platform, I cannot see anyone buying fetch tv, not when Youview is about to be rolled out with TalkTalk and BT. RIP Fetch.

Sky Go closes on 16th May 2012 on Fetch... There is a banner that comes up when I log into Sky Go via my Fetch TV box advising this... Really gutted as where I live I cannot get Sat due to trees , there is no cable on my street. I already have BT Vision but will miss the other sky channels.

i'm gutted i bought my box from them, I've been a customer off and on since their launch and the content has been awful. I'm hoping talktalk fulfill their promise and launch their nationwide iptv offering this summer.

Turned on my smartbox today to watch iplayer and instead of the fetch tv portal it just shows a message from SHOPTO saying thank you for your support and they are restructuring the portal and should be back in 2-3 months!

Cant wait that long so I think its time to upgrade and put the smartbox back on ebay dont you?

you might be right
but its still possible to access it by putting the URL for iPlayer in a text file on a USB stick and running it from there - Its worked before
its been discussed HERE before - try around post #206

Having said that my Fetch can still access iPlayer as normal ?
Have you tried it via channel 222 ?
