Iphone/tune-in app

I've got a feeling this may have been asked recently but search isn't finding anything.

I've just got the Iphone 4S and was listening to the tune-in app on it the other day when someone rung me from work. The problem was, though, that the app didn't pause playing so had that blasting in my ear during the call.

So is there any way to get it to stop playing for the duration of a call?
