What is the best camera on a mobile
Had the Desire for nearly 2 years now and due an upgrade but I need a much better camera. My previous phone, the Sony Ericsson c902 was MUCH better. I need one that is great for low light, flash and close ups as well as normal conditions. Oh and it must be on Android. I'm considering the Galaxy 2 but need more opinions.

If you are after low light then most camera phones arent great. I have the Galaxy Nexus and its not as bad as people make out with regards to the camera. Most people just dont bother waiting for focus and then complain that shots are blurred !
On the plus side its VERY quick ('instant shutter') and very good in daylight. The S2 gets better reviews from a camera perspective but again I believe low light is a problem (worse that the Nexus in low light apparently). Both will be an improvement on the Desire though (I upgraded from a Desire myself). Just remember that the more megapixels doesnt necessarily mean better pictures. sometimes the opposite is true ! For your needs probably concentrate on the Flash ... dual flash maybe ? |
