I was just wandering that happened to all the BB6 housemates who had TV careers and recording contracts waiting for them.
I have filled in the ones I have a vague idea of .

Becki:...crashing parties?!

Kitten:...
Marco:...back to school?!
Michelle:...(what hapened to her hopes of being on page three?)...off somewhere selling her story to anyone who would read.
Nadia:.. see NOTW
Shell:...Living Michelle's page three dream.
Stuart:...see Michelle

Brian started co-presenting SM:tv in Jan 2002 having signed a contract with Blaze Television in the September of 2001. He also made a couple of appearances on the show as a guest presenter prior to his 19month run on the show. So although Brian did very little press post BB on advice from his management, he was actually working.

Brian's publicist did an article in June's edition of Glamour mag, giving advice on pr. This was part of the piece written re Brian.

''My job was to make people aware that there was more to Brian Dowling than Big Brother. The important thing was to wait until BB fever had died down before Brian gave interviews. Six months on, I advised him to only speak to two newspapers, who by that point wanted to interview Brian as a presenter in his own right. It's important to have the correct support. It wont happen overnight- everyone has to prove themselves first''

Brian and his agents were obviously very sensible.........but that was in the heady early days when it seemed quite possible for BB housemates to contemplate a long career on TV

A few years on and history suggests that this is not the case.............hence this years lot are intent on making as much as they can from the BB connection.........and if you are going down that route, it makes sense to do it straight away before people forget who you are

I think they now know that there is no 'long-term' to plan for................

I don't know if the women in BB are all so deparate for their 5 mins of fame that they will stoop to real low levels to get it. This may be why they go in the house in the first place. Look at the length they have gone to get into the house, and the lengths the have gone to stay in the press.

Ahmed :- Normal really, did BB and got on with his life
Bekki :- went in the trail apparently couldn't keep her clothes on, crashes any party she hears about!
Marco :- Back to uni, after a few parties afterwards, nothing too bad her for the worse HM in BB history.
Emma :- Still trying to get a single!
Jason :- Lied to get into the house by saying he has a bi-sexual sex machine. Since leaving the house has kept himself to himself.
Kitten :- Still the same as ever, just the press pick up on her a bit more now.
Dan :- Trying to get a number one single, still appear to promote himself whenever he can, not bad for someone who didn't want to be on the show.
Michelle :- Real fame seeking desparado, mags seem interest to throw cash at her.
Nadia :- Lied about he Virginity, built up an image of fun loving Nadia the victim of life. Little did we know of her seedy past. Still hogging the mags, but hey she is the winner so we can't begrudge her that really.
Shell :- Do absolutely anything to get in the papers. Clothes on, clothes off and now sells her sad little so story to the Sun. What do they say about dirty washing in public? Well it is OK if you can get some cash for it.
Stuard :- Would have gone back to normal if Michelle wasn't dragging him around with her everywhere.
Vanessa :- Another on that will do anything to get into the papers. Ben Foggle, Stalker Hoax, Nuts. I just wonder if she can manage to stoop lower then Shell in her quest for fame!
Victor :- Not really done much until he annonce he is going to release a single. So now he has been on BB he thinks he is a singer. Lovely!

One other pattern showing, if you go on BB it appears that you can be a pop superstar. That is all it takes.

Most people these days think that Brian doesn't present anymore. He does but you have to try a bit harder to find him as he's buried away in the obscurity of cable channel land.
