Unless the app is very graphically or processor intensive, there shouldn't really be a difference. Provided the app developer includes the correct graphics resolutions for the different screen sizes in phones and tablets, the rest should all be fine. Higher end kit like the Xoom shouldn't have problems running anything, there's plenty of memory.
Is it that you think it doesn't have the same features, or that it doesn't run as well?
Oh and before anyone else piles in, can we try and make this thread a sensible discussion instead of another Android vs iOS contest?
