Hi I stupidly put a 'pattern' security on the phone last night, managed to open it this morning but did the pattern wrong the 2nd time, as I tried a few times to do it, i was then asked for my google account & password, I only use this account when I started using my phone to get apps and stuff, so couldn't remember password. I have tried to do this several times and it's now stopped letting me do it completely. Any ideas? I really don't want to lose any details, my son has been poorly since birth and all his photos & videos are on there... also - I have managed to reset my linked hotmail account password via google but when I type this in it's still showing the same screen? has anyone any ideas on how to sort it without doing a factory reset?
