Why would those features be in the kernel? Do you have a source for this?

I can see two problems with arnova 9g2 with regard to gaming. its a single core A8 CPU and no mention of a graphics acceleration. For £200 you could have got an advent vega which has both of these and also has custom ROM which allow overclocking for even more performance.

However farmville is particular seems to have big problems with flash on android so may not work well on any android tablet.
