Hi all, can anyone out there help?
I have contacted o2 to no avail. I can't send picture messages from my phone. When I receive a picture message, it gives me a link to view it. That never use to happen when I was pay and go, I am a pay monthly customer now.
This is a new phone and I'm so annoyed o2 are just not interested. I have had the sim changed so I know it's not that. The sim won't even work on another phone.
Anyone know what it could be? They did send me setting and told me to text active 2020 but the message won't go.

I suspect your account hasn't been fully provisioned, for MMS. Give them a call and ask them to make sure that Mms is provisioned on ALL their systems.

If you get someone who doesn't understand that then ask for picture messaging to be turned off and then turned back on again.

(This is assuming you have activated the settings they sent you)
