He seems very sensitive. His routine last week had some MJ dancing and a bit of skating, but because he put his all into it he felt he deserved more. I guess he doesn't realise they are scoring the routine/performance, not the effort put into it

I'm rather dreading tonight and the scores/comments he's likely to get

They are scoring tonight, I think. The couples have been divided into twos and each set of two will skate to the same song. The couple that gets the lower score out of each set of two goes through to the public vote and the others are all safe. At least, I think that's what's happening.

I thought it was just each judge chooses which of the couples they want to be immune (a la the skate-off) - I mean, what if there was a tie between the scores?

Corey's problem was all his boasting on the VTs of how he is the "best dancer" blah blah. No idea who he is or what he does, but the minute people start blowing their own trumpet, you can guess they are going to be bad.

I don't know, I was wondering that as well. I guess we'll have to wait and see exactly how it's going to work.

Sadly Corey is a typical American 'child star' - brought up to think he's God's gift to the universe and as soon as anybody bursts his bubble and tells him he's not good at something he just can't handle it. I blame the US culture of telling everybody they can be anything they want to be, when unfortunately that just isn't true.

I agree.

Last week I didn't like the way he bigged himself up and then couldn't take the critism. This week he was awfully rude to his partner. I honestly don't care for his him or his attitude. C'mon Chemmy beat him in the duel!

I agree, I hope he goes this week, the embarrassment of watching him is just too much!

Wasn't Chemmy nice to him though? That's made me really like her for the first time.

I felt sorry for his partner too, she didn't deserve that.

Brooke is lovely. I really hope she is invited back next year - she deserves that as a reward for putting up with Corey.

Asolutely agree 100% with this. This guy is obviously deluded, did you hear the bit " I'm in the competition now" when speaking to Christine?

throwing his toys out of his pram because he didnt get his own way then saying his partner was negative was just ridiculous.

and going on that "im sensitive" what is he? a 10 year old girl?

guy needs to grow a pair and grow up

I like her too. Can she and Lukasz please be first in line next year to get some decent partners?

Why does his head appear to be 50% larger than it should be?

Yep - was pleased Nina got Matthew this year as whilst Steven Arnold was not quite as bad as Corey I remember him not turning up for training the next day. And Lukasz is surely 1st in the queue for a decent partner next year for the men.

Blessed are the peacemakers.....and for someone who thinks she can't dance she doesn't hold back performing on the ice.

He was originally a stand-in on Thunderbirds.

He was sexually abused as a child, so that is bound to make him sensitive.

I think he's okay - very gracious in defeat. You can't blame him for how the movie machine that is Hollywood sucked him in to it's fantasy world where nothing is real.

What's wrong with being sensitive at any age? It's a positive, I'd rather know sensitive people than psychopaths - ie, people with no emotions or feelings!!

totally agree, and at the end of the day it must be hard thinking you have done your best only to score 8.

Some people are think skinned and can easily shrug things off, others get upset and depressed, just the way we are made, and nothing to do with your age, or maning up as someone suggested

If Corey is so sensitive and gets upset about the things people say to him then maybe he should have been a little more sensitive himself towards his partner's feelings.

It works both ways, Corey!!

........and just standing there doing inferior MJ dancing does not make a skater. You should have listened. Serves you right.
