And the least they ever gave you
was the most you ever knew
I wonder where all these dreams go

what's the point in all this screaming

^ Absolutely awesome song lyrically and musically.

I love Dido and judging by the huge success of her last album (over 12 million sold worldwide) she's a mainstream delight. Lovely voice, amazing songwriter. Christina will be collaberating with Dido on her next album.

I love Alicia Keys. This is the type of soul singing someone like Rowetta lacks so much. Alicia is a talented pionist, vocalist, producer and songwriter. She's starring in a new movie btw with Halle Berry. I can't wait for that!

Maroon 5 are awesome. This band infuses soul into rock music. Increadible live performers.

Natasha Bedingfield, this girl can SING! I love her personality as well. Very unique.

Eminem, I really like him because he pushes the boundries of normality in the music industry. He just released a new video called "Mosh" which bashes Bush. The video is just insane. I love it.

Linkin Park are awesome lyricists.

"By Myself"

If I turn my back I知 defenseless
And to go blindly seems senseless
If I hide my pride and let it all go on
then they値l take from me 奏ill everything is gone
If I let them go, I値l be outdone
But if I try to catch them, I値l be outrun
If I知 killed by the questions like a cancer
Then I値l be buried in the silence of the answer

Other bands I listen to are Stained, Fuel, No Doubt, MatchBox Twenty, The Simple Plan, Black Eyed Peas, Green Day..etc. ”

The Goo Goo Dolls are magnificent. Iris is my fav...love it. And yes to Linkin Park (I don't CARE what people say....[they were mediocre live, though, IMO]). Stained...yes.

And as for Tabby and Rock....I am into both. Don't dare tell me I don't get rock....I love rock. I would risk a singed fringe for a Rammstein concert.

Whether I like The Tabster or not, doesn't really matter....but YES, there IS a connection with rock. Some may find that a weak, inappropriate, false or whatever connection. I like Tabby and that's it.

Tabby...IMO....oozes a charisma that I haven't seen in PI, X Factor (Rowetta has some, though, IMO).

Thought Tabby was great on Xtra Factor last night. I really like his personality.

However, I think his and Roberta's emphasis on the Irish voting for the Irish really, really silly. That is not a positive way to go about getting votes for people are aren't Irish. Silly, silly, silly move.

If you mean Michelle...here we go again with this. There are 5 million people in Scotland and 45 million in England. Do the sums.

Michelle McManus could NOT have won PI2 with ONLY the Scottish vote. Get a grip and put this to rest.

As for Tabby...what I meant (and should have made myself clearer for those who require precision) is that there are so many people who are NOT Irish who may feel a bit excluded or put off by the suggestion of national or regional competition.

It won't work for Tabby even if he gets all of the Irish vote; it assumes that, if he were to get to the final (as Michelle did) that all non-Irish will vote for the other person. This doesn't happen. If it did, the winners would all be English, if your theory is right.

If he he sang naked with a feather up his backside, and the whole world loved him......you would still find a reason not to whip....so I'll take the first line 'Tabby did sound good' and forget the rest

And if they thought it would get votes they would do it. Ozzie around his age was biting heads of small animals and Tabby's singing with kids. VERY rock and Roll.

Yes with some very subversive anti establishment songs, not quite what we saw tonight.

I hate Tabby the most. Think he has an OK voice but I can't stand him for some reason.

It was a ghastly idea but I'm sure they wheeled him on with children purely to counteract the large number of viewers who dislike him purely for his image, and can't see past it at all. The kind of people who can listen to 2 To Go without heaving don't go in for rock and roll.

I heave at 2 to go, I heave at Tabby. They are about as rock and roll as each other.

You are going to have a very bad stomach before you're much older.

C'mon whip, at least admit that Tabby can sing...and in tune, something some found impossible to believe this time last week.
