I'm moving to 3, but I have changed my mind, Orange can't stop it and 3 say they can't stop it, any other way?
Is there a way I can stop my mobile number being ported tomorrow?

Nope.
You've missed the cut-off time to cancel the port (the deadlines are the same for all of the networks).

That's not just abnormal - it's illegal.
They're supposed to give you the PAC within 2 hours.
I suppose there may be some delay not covered by the rules due to you only just having completed a port, but I doubt it.

I rang this evening and they said I should get a text within 12 hour, so I expect I will be ringing them tomorrow night to find out why they haven't given me a PAC, Orange are so much better!

Very odd.
They should either give you the PAC instantly or send it to you as a text message within 2 hours.

look at the dates, thats the reason for the delay. He wont have even been fully set up on the network when he phoned; let alone in a position to port.

I don't think that would make a difference, the new network would be able to issue a PAC because any port processed using it wouldn't happen until the previous port had completed.
