Please Explain This At 9 seconds Whilst Filming My Cat Jessie?

it's a miniature unicorn out for it's nightly stroll, usually you wouldn't have seen him, but that night you were very very lucky and caught a glimpse of him.
his name is Kevin. Kevin the unicorn. ![]() (or it was probably some dust )

A dust-mote or something similar floating past the camera.
It's out of focus, so is much closer to the camera than the cat. Being out of focus will make a bright 'dot', such as a dust-mote, seem much bigger than it really is. |

Alternatively, it might be one of these lights that they used to constantly be chasing on "Most Haunted", but then again, I think most of them were bugs as well.
