Iv'e read on here a few times 'you just copy paste cut'.
Eh !!!!! Havent a scooby wot anyone is on about So i'll just have to keep sending long posts from other people for maybe a few lines.

I was going to try and be helpful and pm you on copying and pasting, but yours is turned off
You just highlight the text you want, I usually left click and scroll across text to do this, then right click on highlighted section and click copy the right click into your post and click paste and text is transferred
To quote a section of someone's post, just highlight and click delete on the piece you don't want or just use the backspace button instead, then you don't have to quote the whole post, hope this is helpful
