Crispy pancakes?
Bought these for the first time in years, what the hell are the made of? Seems like some type of cardboard, they came out as hard as the road and they weren't burnt either, in fact still white/golden

No idea. I suggest you make self them yourself? Pancakes are not difficult. Just cook longer to make them crispy

Findus Chicken & Bacon ones were a firm favourite as a child, I won't touch them these days. Cheap. Grey filling. Disgusting.

These have been around for years which surprises me. I haven't had them for ages but used to have the cheese ones. There's something quite likeable about them but odd as well. They don't taste like pancakes but that's what they're labelled as.
Mine always remained whiteish too with browner bits that had come into contact with the pan but on the packet they're a rich golden colour. |

I used to love these when I was a kid, I only had the mince meat version, they started coming out with other flavours later but that is when they all started to go down in flavour so I stopped liking them.

Brush lightly with oil and gently grill them, not fry, turn over half way, come out lovely and golden. Practically lived on them as a student, nearly 30 years ago! Chicken Curry ones were my favourite.

I loved these as a kid, although the filling got so hot I often burnt my tounge on it.

They looked really new & exciting in the 70s, heavily advertised on TV, and very alluring to me as a kid! I imagine they would taste hideous now, and I'm shocked to read they still exist!

These and that frozen 'steak' that was square, thin and took about 30 seconds to cook were pretty much all we ate as kids. Good times!

I used to love the mince and onion ones, had them recently and they taste awful!
maybe my diets just got better since then and my tastebuds now recognise junk lolTalking of junk food, I used to love hamwiches! I had these cheese and bacon grills from Tesco fresh bit that were such a guilty pleasure the other day. |
