Final Judgment - The way to do it
This is how they could resolve the "rigging/fix problem" on the last 2.
They should have a weekly guest ( much like on AI) and have the guest choose who to go. That guest will be the perfect & neutral final judge for the night |

Fame Academy had a similar system. During the heats the three with the fewest votes had to go in front of the judges who saved one, then the students chose who was staying out of the remaining two. The final, to determine the winner of Fame Academy, had three students singing, all of whom were judged solely by the phone votes.
I cannot see how the winner in X factor could be decided by the judges, it would mean the whole programme is a farce - the judges could save the act they had picked out before the programme started every week, even though the voting, paying, public didn't want them to win. And that's why I believe a weekly guest, and must be in music industry, will be the perfect final judge.
Inhouse judges, phone votes, or ever audience votes are are questionable but with a neutral guest judge will solve those kind of issues. Imagine if they get Elton John WHO REALLY will give it to them!!! |

Great minds think alike - sort of... I'd posted this in a previous thread Quote:

I'm not against the format at all - as it could stop a justified front runner from being knocked out due to viewer apathy - believing they are so good there is no need to vote - such as Latoya in AI3 |

I think we should vote for who we want to leave weekly, that is the fairest way, and no second chances, if someones out they are out. The way it is they are just raking in the telephone vote money and then they decide anyway, it's a farce.

As it's been seen before due to some *ahem* technical difficulties phone votes have been modified to such an extent George Bush would be proud.
