For starters it's rather difficult to see your pics as you've added CODE instead of URL , I've sort of got to see 2 of them but still cannot see the 1st.
The second pic is your component cable that the Wii component plugs into which you plug into the TV. No need to plug in the composite cable into TV. |

The adaptor has two plugs because one carries the audio (the smaller pin connected to the red and white sockets). The other three are the component video connections YPrPb.
There should be two small sockets on the TV side by side that the adaptor plugs into. |

You tried connecting the Wii via component back in June 2011. Looks like you were getting a picture but noise from the audio, did you ever plug the audio cables in, did the noise go?
Might be clearer to members here helping if they had a look at your previous thread. http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1497019 |

I used to use Composite cable to connect Wii to TV but the image quality wasn't that good and I heard that Component cable is better quality than Composite
The adaptor plugs into the two holes shown on your first picture. You also need a component lead for the Wii which will connect to the rca phono sockets on the adaptor. eg http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NINTENDO-W...item5d2c46886b |

It is, Having connected by component you have to set the Wii output to it's HD TV option. This delivers 480p60 which is better quality than the composite interlaced output.

Reuploaded to Imageshack http://desmond.imageshack.us/Himg207...jpg&res=medium http://desmond.imageshack.us/Himg809...jpg&res=medium http://desmond.imageshack.us/Himg13/...gif&res=medium ![]() By the looks of things I would say that the top pic is from a different TV than what the second pic of the cable is for. The top pic is exactly the same as my UE40B7020 which uses a different cable than what's been posted. Are you sure youve got the correct manual for the TV? Could you take some photos and post them of the rear of your tv showing all the connections? And the from cover of manual too if you could? Could you press Menu and select Contact Samsung then scroll down to page 2 and tell us what the Model Code says? |

The adapter plugs are too close together to plug both in each port on TV,
I have this Wii component cable, http://images.topons.com/41/jasmine-el-wii-015a.jpg In that case it's the wrong adapter for your TV. You might be able to carefully seperate the two halves. The Samsung site has seperate adaptors for the video and audio http://www.4mysamsung.co.uk/cgi-bin/...x=0&submit.y=0 You can get similar on e-bay. |

I've had a read through the other thread and I would say that 1) The cables should of come supplied in the box with the TV and if they didn't then you need to take it up with whoever you purchased from and 2) you have the wrong cable for your particular model of TV.
What you need are cables that look like what's pictured HERE. You can purchase all the cables you need for your model HERE which you would need the top 3 which should of been supplied. |
