Yes, have cheese on top- parmesan is the best cheese with it if you like strong cheeses!

I either have parmesan shavings or finely grated parmesan once it's plated up.

Same here - sometimes have "Italian hard cheese" though as an austerity measure - parmesan is pricey

Always parmesan - it's my favourite cheese. I cut off the rind and pop it into my bolognese while it's cooking, to add extra flavour (remember to fish it out before serving!)

You're not impressing anyone, and No, I wont ask you what it is, as that's what you want.

Second that!
obviously they're talking about a cheese.

Which part of that asked for them to be impressing anyone or asked for a sarcastic reply?

Agreed! Plus Pecorino isn't even an unusual cheese lol and it's actually cheaper than parmesan haha

Depends how i'm feeling. Sometimes have shaved parm. Sometimes greated. Sometimes finely greated.
Sometimes have breadcrumbs (fried in olive oil, garlic and parsley).

Sometimes I totally top it with cheddar.
Looks like this http://www.skylinechili.com/signature.php

I usually reserve that for bolognaise on chips though.

i don't like cheeses other than parmesan-type on spag bol. i don;t really like a melty cheese

if you fancy something different, try a salad with some feta. that would be nice..

Prefer the cheese on the garlic bread instead on the spaghetti Bolognese
