Some of the marks were more in tune with it being week 4 than the actual performances. Chemmy and Chico deserved their marks, though. How could Katarina give Rosemary 7.0 ?
Maybe Jennifer was slightly undermarked, being on first.

Seb should have been marked higher than Chico. I like Chico and Chemmy both but still feel they were appropriately marked but Seb was undermarked.

Someone I was watching the show with commented on this too - baffling scoring there from Katarina. Her marks and comments were all over the place tonight!

The argument on DOI is that it's placing that counts more than actual scores. I'm less concerned that Rosemary was only half a point behind Jorgie (according to Katarina) than that she was equal to Sebastien, Chico and Chemmy and better than Matthew.

It seems that Katarina is marking the skaters according to their own potential rather than as a whole. That is, she thinks that Matthew isn't as good as he has been (he wasn't) so she marks him down. She thinks that Rosemary was much better (no comment) so she marks her well up. The overall result is that she apparently thinks Rosemary skated better than Matthew this week (which is cuckoo).

I love Katarina. I genuinely thought she had hit the wrong button on the keypad for Rosemary but was too embarrassed to correct the score.

I think the overall rankings are okay though.

I'm more annoyed that Robin seems to favour Matt over Jorgie when I think she's the better skater.

Matthew thinks he is better than he really is.

If she got the wrong button - and you might well be right there - she should have owned up. Maybe harsh on Rosemary, but it messes up the leaderboard which isn't fair on the other skaters.

I've no issue with Robin favouring Matthew as he's great, although that said I actually preferred Sebastien tonight.

There was a lot of content in Matt's program, but I think viewers are beginning to take him for granted.

Katarina should be marking the celebrities in relation to one another, not based on what expectations she has of each of them.

Even worse was Katarina giving Rosemary half a point MORE than Matt

I don't see the relevance of this comment. Maybe he does, maybe he doesn't but my point is that he's a heck of a lot better than Rosemary and Katerina marking contrary to this fact (which, come on, even the most biased of Rosemary fans and Matthew detractors must see is fact) makes things look daft.

Me too - much to the chagrin of 'Gorgie Miss Jorgie' fans.

Yet he himself stated tonight that he didn't think he deserved the marks he got this week & was tweeting saying how much Chico had improved.

For me I don't worry so much about the individual scoring unless it's really odd like Louie's 5.5 for Chemmy & Katarina's 7.0 for Rosemary. The leaderboard is the main thing though and that was out of place for me - I'd have had Rosemary at the bottom with Charlene and Seb & Chemmy higher, Matthew lower.

Whether you like Matt or not no one can possibly suggest his performance deserved less marks than Rosemary did.

I didn't agree with Kati's mark for Rosemary as I said but I do think she was nearer the mark for Matt & Nina this week (probably 7 was about right & she gave them 6.5) - Louie & Robin overmarked him this week.

I do think alot of routines are overmarked this year.

I also feel that Matthew is constantly overmarked and
"pipped" as a finalist.
I feel that although Matthew is a good skater and will probably be in
the final, but his routines are overmarked IMHO.

I'm a fan of Kyan Bracken and Ray Quinn and both had
to do much better routines than Matthew to gain those marks.

Well if (as posted on another thread) the sight of Jorgie impersonating a schoolgirl turns on a certain type of male viewer, just think - Downton Abbey ratings would rocket at the sight of her dressed up as a kitchen maid; albeit 1920's style.

Yes, but what was even more shocking was that she gave Rosemary half a point more than Matthew, which was totally ridiculous! Katerrina was well out of salts tonight!

I dont agree, I think that Matthew is up there with the best, he has been great and you are forgetting that he could not train and do his rehearsal for the first two days this week because of his injury to his back! At the stage of the game I still think that Matt is the best skater when he is on form this year. As a man he has to do the lifts and his job is much harder than Jorges. I still think that if he progresses like he is doing he will win. But I also think that Chico and Sebastion are also improving immensely as well!

Well maybe Louie and Robin just want to see him to the final in case he does more routines shirtless and in tight trousers.

He is probably the only person who can beat Jorgie - unless Chico or Sebastian improve a lot. And for me that matters as she is so annoying!
