Jonesy88

Mel B extends her television commitments in Australia.

What do people think of her as a host?

Does that mean Sonia Kruger has left DWTS?

Yes, she has left DWTS and Ch 7. She is now with Ch. 9 co-hosting a morning show with David Campbell.

Sonia will also host Big Brother when it returns in 2012, also on Ch 9

Interesting - X Factor judge to Dancing With The Stars presenter. This is akin to Kelly Rowland hosting Strictly Come Dancing.

Not really... in Australia X Factor and DWTS are on the same channel so the XF/SCD rivalry is non-existent, and unlike Kelly, Mel B was a contestant (runner-up) on DWTS USA, so she's judging a singing contest as an ex Spice girl and presenting a dancing contest as a former contestant. And neither show is as big as their UK equivalent.

I'm glad she's doing well in Australia as this means she's unlikely to turn up on my telly here anytime soon...
