Looking through the various threads it seems that people who like Seb also like Chico (and vice versa)

They are my two faves on the show (with Seb just edging it) and the ones I look forward to watching the most. I know it's probably not likely but would love them both in the final

They're my favourites too - there's something so elegant about Chico's skating and Seb is of course a bundle of energy. Much rather them than Matt or Jorgie, who are the skating equivalent of looking in a mirror and flipping your hair to remind yourself how gorgeous you are

Doesn't seem to be any problems with their public support so far but let's start a campaign nearer the time to get Matt and Jorgie out and get Chico and Seb in the final!

Such a random comment and yet it's bang on!

I get the impression that these are the two who are challenging themselves to go that bit further each week, yeah, not always as polished but that's because they're not settling for what they can already do.

These are my favourite two by a long shot. Both great skaters and they each bring something new and interesting to the table. They both really look after their partners which is lovely to watch.

It also helps that they're nice to look at.

I find Chico's grin after he has skated, and is talking to Philip, rather contrived and irritating.

I really like Sebastien though; he comes across as quite genuine, and almost modest. I hope he makes the final - with Jorgie and One Other.

I love Sebastien and he really seems to be improving week on week and is very exciting to watch. Chico has done well so far but last night he made a couple of little mistakes plus I do find him too cheesy I'm afraid.

They're so different but I like them both.

I find Chico easier to warm to and I think he and Jodeyne have a better connection, but Sebastian's skating is very unique and exciting to watch.

They are my top two, although Sebastian edges it over Chico. Never thought I'd be liking Chico.

I understand why some might think Chico is a bit cheesy. I thought he was a touch last night and I think that was why Robin commented on keeping a bit back not giving it all to the audience. But on the whole I think he's not been as cheesy as I expected.

Seb is very humble off the ice and that is part of his charm. But on the ice he is very confident and exciting

I appreciate both Chico and Sebastian and hope they go far in this competition.

Whilst Chico might seem cheesy, the things I admire about him is his commitment to improving and his genuine heart and warmth. He proves that it works to be both cheesy and to have heart too!

BIB That would be a shocker for the production team . And maybe Chemmy for 3rd place!

Yes you can't doubt Chicos commitment and he does make me smile when I watch him

I do admire the fact that he's working hard & improving (apparantly he did some extra training last week too) but he needs to stop thanking people all the time (it's DOI not the Oscars) & plugging his twitter.

For me, Jorgie to win, Seb 2nd and Chico 3rd! Seb and Chico are both a darn sight better than the male judges favourite Matthew!!!

I really liked her routine last night

I do like Matthew & Jorgie very much, but I wish that they'd stop being billed as 'THE two to watch', as I think Seb & Chico have as much potential. Seb was probably my favourite last night, he's always a joy to watch as he keeps bringing new things to the table yet keeps on delivering.

I agree with you, and I don't think they are necessarily helping Matthew and Jorgie either. By talking them up, they are not only putting extra pressure on them, but if either of them have a week when they make a mistake, or not up to their own usual standard, voting viewers will/may be harsh and they will be out. I think Matt only survived this week because there are still really weak skaters in the show, don't think he'll be so lucky a second time.

Too right both work really hard. I didn't think I'd like Chico, but am pleasantly surprised.

I think Jorgies the one to beat, for me shes head and shoulders above the rest, including Chico and Sebastian.

I like both Chico and Sebastian though, but i just think Jorgie has that extra edge!

I agree this year is so open its not all about Matt and Jorgie I wish theyd stop making out like it is. Sebastien was my favourite this week. Overall I think Jorgie is my favourite. I do like Matt but I think he is a tad over rated. I prefer Chico Seb and Jorgie to be honest. I also quite like Chemmy

Yes I agree with you about Jorgie. The others are going to work very hard to catch her up, but my faves are still Seb and Chico.

Am looking forward to see what Sunday brings

Chico is lovely didn't think I would ever ever say that! Also liking Sebastian very much, they are also my two favourites. Don't really dislike any of them tbh. Chemmy is good too and I do like Jorgie and Matthew too but feel these two top ones are being bigged up too much possibly to their detriment.

For me Jorgie's moves flow whereas Matthew, Chico and Seb although good skaters the transitions are not as smooth. Probably harder for males to do this particulay if they do not have a dance background. However we must give Jorgie the credit she deserves. Jen has a dance background, can look very elegant but her transitions are not always seamless. Another point it will become more difficult for Jorgie and Matthew as the competition progresses as they have work commitments and have to travel to London every week for the show which is time consuming. As far as I know Seb and Chico have more free time. I love Jorgie as she really does take on the character of the dance and it is after all DANCING ON ICE so for me it is more than being a good skater. The proKduction team prefer the winner to come from behind so they will even keep the scores of one celeb lower in order make them look like the underdog while they overmark others. This happened on Strictly this year.
To win the celeb has to be technically good and show improvement each week. The public have to like the partnership. There has to be chemistry so that the public believe the story they are telling. It is not just about a series of moves. Who that will be is difficult to judge. Nothing is certain at this stage.
