Blackberry if you really want BBM or a hardware keyboard, no other reason.
If apps matter to you then it's Android so either the HTC Sensation or SGS2. Also if you care about using all the features of GMail then choose Android. Of these - choose the HTC for screen size or the HTC Sense interface. If you don't care about either of these then choose the SGS2.
Nokia Lumia 800 - I think it's the overall best for email. Best compatibility with Hotmail and Office 365, good compatibility with Gmail. It has the LinkedIn inbox feature where you can combine multiple emails accounts into single inboxes. E.g. have a personal email inbox with two or three separate accounts combined and then two work email accounts as a separate inbox.
Music - I think the Lumia 800 has the best interface for music both within the native Zune music app and the spotify app. Music syncing is done through Zune software (like iTunes but better) rather than drag-and-drop and I think Zune Pass is great value. (£89.90 for a year of unlimited subscription music on phone, PC and Xbox). Other cool features include Smart DJ.
The Nokia also comes with the free Ministry of Sound app and the free Nokia Music app which gives you free 'radio' mixes of music to stream or download.
Internet - Nokia Lumia 800 is competitive with Android on this except for Android has the mobile flash player but the Lumia does not. But Adobe has dropped development of mobile flash, Windows on the PC is reducing support for flash and Apple only supports it on the Mac so Flash is on the way out now anyway.
If you care about Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn - the Nokia Lumia 800 is better.
Overall Android has more capabilities than the Nokia (e.g. tethering support) and more apps (e.g. BBC iPlayer via Flash) but I personally much prefer the interface of the Nokia on things like the OS, the email client, the music player and those small things were good enough to win me over to Windows Phone.
