Is it just me or are vTuner the worst of all the internet streaming platforms?

I have the misfortunate to have this platform on my Sony CMT-MX750 hifi. Their customer support is the pits eg when you suggest a station they add it to their website listings but forget to send updates to vTuner radios! My system hasn't been updated in over two weeks! Have any other vTuner users experienced similarproblems?

I wish I could add Reciva to my hifi instead!
