Since they've both been through the mill with their awful partners, keeps Leanne in the Barlow family, Simon and Amy are cousins - it actually makes a lot of sense!

I think it would be a good pairing actually. I always kinda felt that Leanne wasn't suited to Peter. There was always something about them together that I didn't like. Don't get me wrong I love both characters but I never really liked them together.

Have Steve and Leanne ever really interacted with each other or shared any storylines? The only link between them i can think of is Jez Quigley, didnt he terrorise both Steve and Leanne?

I don't think hey have interacted with each other since then, which is a bit strange considering they have known each other for years and live in the same street. Unless the whole jezz Quigley thing brings back bad memories for both of them so they decide to stay away from each other! Lol

Well, it would be interesting, but then there would be the automatic storyline of: "Tracy tries to breakup Steve & [insert name of current girlfriend/wife here]. I'm not sure if I'd like a whole, "Leanne vs. Tracy," predicament.

I have more of a feeling Leanne will be interested in Nick, again, and have an affair while he's with Eva or something similar to that. There's not many other people she can be paired up with.

It's hard to think on who they could pair Leanne with, I can't think of anyone on the street at the minute...
