The Australian - Belgian musician from daaaahn dundah is set to make a massive impact out of the Indie Scene into mainstream music with Somebody I Used To Know.

And his third album Making Mirrors is set to be one of THE albums of 2012 (released in some international countries later last year however).

I have been wary of his stuff the past few months and was really refreshed to hear that he was impacting the radios so much to actually get himself into the top 10 charts here!

So he deserves his own thread for discussing his style, his music and videos and performances. And also who else will be getting his new album!

And yeah i was surprised! But his first albums is an EP i think, and his second is more Indie by what i heard of it but this new one is him stretching out his sounds a bit more.

CD came today for my Bday prezzie so excited to hear it i love him.

Loving 'In Your Light', 'Save Me' and 'Giving Me a Chance' most.

Just so refreshing right now.

Cripes. Other than 'STIUTK', of course. It's just about worn out being replayed.

Why is that song so addictive.....and the video? Never quite known a phenomenon like it.

ah sweet, i cannot wait to hear them, the song is overplayed....but i do still have that refreshing feel with it. But he is a breath o fresh air musically.

By the far the best single to come out in the last couple of years though I know people who hate it.

I guess it's a classic 'marmite' track?

What else would you recommend if that's all I know him for?

I reccommend listening to some more songs from his Making Mirrors album definitely. The songs "SOmebody..." i feel is the main fillery song on there really which was a surprise for me.
