Yup...there's a kebab shop near me that's run by 2 Turkish brothers and I often chat to them about their products. Everything is fresh, everything is made in store, and everything is bloody lovely. That said, I think these days that most places do serve crap, which probably wasn't the case 15-20 years ago.
