At times the night I seem to have a weak to no signal on 02. Im in the Dunfermline area.

Have you checked for any issues at http://status.o2.co.uk/ ?

I looked at that and its says they will be working on the masts in my area this weekend and said all was fine the now.
I seem to be back on two bars for signal this morning. Dont know what happened late last night.
Same thing happened for a short while one Sunday back in December

Ended up having a few problems with my text service the day. All seems mosty find now I got 2 texts at 4pm that had sent to me 3 hours earlier. Also two textes I sent this morning tane about an hour to arrive at the other end. So I was told when I got in from work. Also the 02 delivery reports *0# seemed to to be slow in working.
Anyone else been having minor problems.
