Just cancelled her 30 date US tour though.Whether it was because she.s not ready for it OR her sales were not as expected, thus expecting venues to be half empty. Not alot to cheer about on that front. There will be cancellation compensation fees involved.
The majority of her sales are in Europe, where the backlash has been limited or even helped her sales. Whatever you say LDR is a strange litttle phenomenom so far - however far it goes. That's my interest in her.I'm very interested in the direction the music industry is going as well. Many of the issues / changes you could connect to her either directly or indirectly. The actual music is almost a sideshow. http://www.sugarscape.com/tags/music...-us-tour-plans |

Additionally, she has one upcoming televised mini-concert in L.A. It sold out in less than a minute. Demand is there, and as she's said, she'll be touring later this year. (Likely after her first album is re-released, so she has enough material for a full setlist.) Quote:

To be honest, Lana will always have "haterz" (hers seem to be hipsters and Lady Gaga die-hards), but it's nice to know they haven't hurt her sales at all.

That's superb and so well deserved too for one of the nicest ladies in pop.
Hopefully Lana is here to stay and slay

Fantastic news. And richly deserved, the album is superb and Lana is imo the nicest artist I have ever supported. Treats her fans with respect and gives hours of her time to interact with them. And, people, let's not feed the troll, eh?
