We've tried to keep it simple for e.g. when app starts it finds your current location and display large, bright and colorful brand name logos such as walmart, costco, macy's, bloomingdales etc.
It has limited local business data such as restaurants, night life, pubs and other good places to hang out with friends and family.
It features social tagging i.e. if you find a deal you can tag it and share it with other app users and on facebook, twitter etc. instantaneously.
Somes times we need to find stuff i.e. gifts for loved ones (hey valentines day is here), why bother traveling from one vendor/retailer to another. The app has phone numbers and allows you to call in ONE CLICK. No dialing etc. It also shows you the retailers/vendors web-site in case you need to access it for finding something, again no search, no typing, just simple clicks.
Same goes for directions. It provides you with direction from current location to specific vendor/retailer in ONE CLICK no searching for address and typing them in.
Absolutely must for people who travel for fun or work or just want to find good deals.
