Can you stream video to laptop from Galaxy S?

As the question says, does anyone know if you can stream video from Galaxy S (1) to a laptop and/or TV?

I'm thinking of changing my Orange plan to Panther for the Sky Sports package.

Thanks

Does the S1 have HDMI out or MHL support (ie video via USB ?) ?

If so ... yes .....
If not then it should be possible by tethering your laptop to your mobile..... and then you could HDMI from laptop to TV. Panther allows tethering so you should be 'allowed' to do this.

However I would wager that the video streaming quality might not be great, in which case it might look OK on a 4" screen but not so hot on a 40" TV.

it's got HD, yes but I'm unsure if it will just stream if I plug it in?

I thought that they might have been an app but I can't seem to find one for my needs.

Thanks for the reply. I'll keep searching anyway.

Please note if you are getting the sky sports swapable, there is a fair use policy of 1GB a month ie around 20 hours of viewing.

If you read the Swapable FAQ here you will see that they do not eat into your data plan.

Besides, I'll mainly be using wifi anyway

I think my plan changes when my bill has been paid for this month.

This is what I love about Orange, I have panther 36 with the 1GB data allowance but I use GBs and GBs of Deezer and never uses my allowance
