Could try eye creams or cucumber? Or puttin a spoon in the fridge to get it cold then applyin to the eye for a few moments. and definately sleep x

I tend to put a very thin layer of sudocrem under my eyes, very little amount though I believe too much too often can thin your skin.

Lifestyle aside, Soap and Glory do two eye creams, if you read the reviews one appears to be good for dark circles, the other for puffy eye bags.
