Hi all,
I recently got a BlackBerry Stereo Headset to use with my work mobile (which isn't a BlackBerry, its a Nokia C1-02) and it won't work.
Before I send it back under the warranty, I wondered if there is anything else I can try to get it working.
The Nokia recognises the headset is plugged in (you get the little headphone/mic icon at the top of the screen) but when the phone rings the sound comes through the phone's speaker. When you answer the call you can't hear any voices through the earphones.
When making an outbound call, I can hear it ringing in my earphones, but as soon as the other person picks the phone up the Nokia disconnects the call. This only happens when using the BB headset, and not when using Bluetooth or no headset.
Any ideas what could be wrong here?
Thanks
PS - No idea why work sent me a BB headset for use with a Nokia phone. On the order phone I stated the make and model of my mobile!!
